How does it work?
Whenever you register for a class or workshop online, you'll be prompted to create a user account during the registration process. The information you provide there can then be used to log in here.
- Register for a Workshop
- Create your username and password during the registration process
- Check your email (Don't see it in your inbox? Check your junk/spam folder and mark it as not junk/spam)
- Click on the activation link in the email and... Voila! You're good to go!
Resident Artist Series: Raku
In this 5 day Raku firing class, students need to have bisque pots ready to fire. Pots need to be made in advance so that we can spend class time glazing and firing. Students need to think about having 10-15 small to medium size pots to fire. No pots bigger than 12 inches in any direction. There is no Open Studio after class.
All Ages Pottery: Extruder Creatures
Come try out a new pottery tool! Use the extruder as the jumping off point for making an imaginary creature. Work will be available for pickup or shipping two to three weeks after class.
Suitable for ages 6 and up.
Resident Artist Series: Glazing Class
Resident Artist Series: Wheel Throwing III
In this 5 day wheel throwing class, we will focus on making tableware such as plates, small and large bowls, candle holders, salt and pepper shakers, pitchers, etc. This class includes Open Studio only on the day of class. There will not be a glazing component to this class. Please see Glazing Class in the Resident Artist Series Schedule.

All Ages Pottery: Toad Houses
Resident Artist Series: Molds for Clay
In this 4 day mold making class, we will explore and create different types of clay molds and texture molds. The focus will be on making the molds and testing the molds for accuracy and ability to use in your studio practice. This class includes Open Studio only on the day of class. There is no glazing component to this class.
All Ages Pottery: Empty Bowls
Come help us make bowls for the annual Empty Bowls fundraiser, which supports the International Friendship Center and the Highlands Food Pantry. You will make a bowl to donate and one to keep for yourself. Student work will be available for pickup or shipping two to three weeks after class.
Suitable for ages 6 and up.
