Want to learn the very basics of drawing still lifes? Then this is the class for you. Come join Steve Reagan, art teacher and owner of Space Age Makers as we explore what makes a good drawing and how to apply perspective, composition, value, and drawing theory in creating good
drawings.
Participants will be introduced and experiment with the materials required to produce quick sketches as well as finished detailed drawings. Even if you have never tried your hand at drawing, come and enjoy a fun, relaxed environment as you gain understanding into how to create the foundation for a quality drawing.
You will learn skills that will help you in all your art endeavors and increase your art appreciation. This course is designed not only for the beginner, but the artist who wants to brush up on their drawing/sketching skills and improve their ventures into other areas of fine art such as painting.

Venue Information - The Bascom: Adult Studio B (Trail Level)
Located on the Trail Level (lower level) of The Bascom's main building, Adult Studio B hosts a variety of classes, workshops, and more. Entrance is either through the front door of the main level of the building and down the stairs or from the trail entrance on the lower level of the backside of the main building.
