Sculpting Birds
|
Spread your sculpting wings in this 3 day, hands on intensive workshop focused on birds and basic bird anatomy with specific interest in the aerodynamics of flight. We will be striving to incorporate a sense of movement and lightness in the work produced during the workshop. Demonstrations will include a wall mounted flying bird, a seated bird, standing bird and bird relief tiles. There will be discussion about surface treatment and mounting ceramic sculptures onto found objects. |
