Whenever you register for a class or workshop online, you'll be prompted to create a user account during the registration process. The information you provide there can then be used to log in here.

  1. Register for a Workshop
  2. Create your username and password during the registration process
  3. Check your email (Don't see it in your inbox? Check your junk/spam folder and mark it as not junk/spam)
  4. Click on the activation link in the email and... Voila! You're good to go!

This workshop invites you to move beyond literal representation and explore abstraction as a way of seeing, interpreting, and responding to the landscape. Using cold wax with oils you will learn to build texture, depth and luminosity to your work. This engaging workshop will allow you to expand and explore new ways of creative expression and mark making.

Resident Artist Series: Holiday Clay Projects

In this 5 day hand building class, we will create holiday themed clay projects using the slab roller.  Projects include snowmen luminaries, Christmas village luminaries, gnomes, advent wreath/Hanukkah menorah, etc.  Templates will be provided, but students are welcome to create their own.   The class includes Open Studio only on the day of class.  There is no glazing component included in the class.  Please see Glazing Class in the Resident Artist Schedule.

Step into the world of imaginative clay sculpture with artists Christine and Taylor in this four day workshop devoted to creating woodland beings, with special attention to owls and hares. Through demonstrations and guided studio time, participants will explore approaches that foreground gesture, character, and narrative, learning how subtle shifts in posture, proportion, and expression can transform form into story.
