The Bascom is proud to present our third annual Emergence: A Survey of Southeastern Studio Programs, formerly known as 100 Miles.

This exhibition series has proven to be so popular that we decided to expand our scope to the entire Southeast! Emergence showcases the work of faculty and student pairs to celebrate the role of teaching and mentoring in artistic development. Each submission consists of two works- one by the faculty mentor + one by the student.

A free, public reception will be held Friday, February 25th at 5pm at The Bascom to celebrate our three current winter exhibitions.
