Van Gogh's Sunflowers: Painting on Canvas

Van Gogh was inspired by fields of sunflowers and close observation of individual blossoms. In honor of the upcoming "Mountains in Bloom" festival, beautiful fresh sunflowers will be our subject to learn to paint on canvas with acrylic paint. Use of the palette knife will also be introduced. Please meet in the lobby to briefly tour the "Bloomin’ Art" exhibit to serve as inspiration for our paintings. All materials provided. Class size limited to 12. Pre-registration is required.
